Holy Family Manor, Inc. has been a leading provider of quality elder care in Lehigh, Berks, Carbon, Northampton and Schuylkill counties since 1962. Skilled Nursing Care - for residents who require skilled around-the-clock nursing care, Holy Family Manor provides 208 beds in their Bethlehem location.

Rehabilitation Services - committed to enabling our residents to achieve maximal independence after illness or injury, regardless of whether they remain in the facility or move on to more independent levels of care.  Services available include: Respiratory, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Language Pathology.

Assisted Living – filling the gap between home health care or apartment living and nursing home care.  Assisted living offers twenty-four hour professional, licensed care to assist our residents with tasks of daily living, enabling them to remain active and more independent for a longer period because stress and responsibility are lessened.

Independent Living Apartments –  federally subsidized modern one bedroom and studio apartments are available at all six apartment complexes throughout the Allentown Diocese.  Eligibility is determined from annual income limit range, with rent limited to 30% of eligible applicants income.

Adult Day Care Center – enables seniors to remain in their home, or the home of a caregiver, while receiving professional therapy and support they need during the day at the center.  A nutritionally balanced breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack is provided, along with scheduled individual and group activities.

Spirituality - Holy Family Manor recognizes the spiritual needs and reaches out to minister to those needs of both the residents and their families.  An on-site chaplain is available twenty-four hours a day; daily mass and weekly protestant services are offered, with all services televised on Holy Family Manor's in-house channel 5.
