Rehabilitation Services:

Dedicated, experienced, state licensed therapist's are available to administer skilled treatment
when ordered by a physician.
We are committed to enabling our residents achieve maximum independence after illness
or injury, regardless of whether they remain at Holy Family Manor or move on to a more independent level of care.
Available services include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, language
and dysphagia therapy, and respiratory therapy. Therapists also screen all residents upon admission, quarterly and upon request.

Physical Therapy Specializes in improving balance, strength and endurance geared to recapture more independent mobility, lower extremity splinting and
modalities for wound healing.
Occupational Therapy Specializes in improving self-care skills such as dressing and feeding, upper extremity, splinting, and addressing seating and positioning
needs.
Restorative Nursing Services Restorative nursing assistants work with input from the therapists to maintain function and prevent declines in resident's functionality.
Activities performed are range of motion and walking.
Speech Language Pathology Concentration on improving communication skills and addressing swallowing and chewing dysfunction.
Short Term Rehabilitation Care
Prepares the resident to return to their home or the home of a loved one.
